A Journey in Prayer
A Journey in Prayer, held Saturday, Sept. 20th, began with Morning Prayer, led by Canon Steve; the rest of the day was spent exploring a few of the many types of prayer available to us as Christians: Centering Prayer, the Anglican Rosary, the Jesus Prayer, Praying in Color, Step 11 Prayer & Meditation. Many participants also shared their experiences with additional types of prayer. Thanks to the Daughters of the King and Canon Steve for making the day a wonderful and meaningful experience. More workshops, of this type, are being planned for the future – we hope you'll join us. Stay tuned!
